Berry Granola Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

3 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen
2 cups Liberte plain yogurt*
2-3 tbsp. Elias honey*
1/2 cup Quaker granola*

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. You can use a 9×9 baking dish, 9×13 baking dish or a 13×18 baking sheet, depending on how thick you want your bark.
In a blender, add in 2 cups of the berries, the yogurt and honey and blend until smooth.
Pour the yogurt onto the baking sheet and spread with a knife or spatula until you have a smooth layer.
Sprinkle on the remaining chopped berries and granola. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Take the baking sheet out of the fridge and break the yogurt bark into chunks with your hands.
Serve and enjoy.

You can easily have your toddlers and kids help makes this yogurt bark!

Toddlers can help measure and pour the fruit, yogurt and honey into the blender.
They can help put the lid on the blender and push start. Note: make sure to talk about not touching the blender blade while making something in the blender, as it can be sharp.
Once blended, toddlers can help pour the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet and spread out with a spoon or spatula. Their favorite part might be to help sprinkle the granola and chopped berries on top.
With help, they can place the yogurt bark into the freezer.

You can pretty much let older kids make this recipe by themselves.
They can pick out and measure all the ingredients. Note: make sure to talk about not touching the blender blade while making something in the blender, as it can be sharp.
Kids can pour the yogurt bark onto a baking sheet, spread out with a knife or spatula, sprinkle the granola and chop berries on top and place the finished yogurt bark into the freezer.
