HAPPY DAYS GOAT DAIRY

Locally owned and operated right here in Salmon Arm, Happy Days Goat Dairy was founded in 1993 by Donat Koller and his family. Raised on a small family farm in rural Switzerland, Donat knew from a young age that he wanted to farm. After graduating from Agricultural College and farming in Australia, he worked on a dairy farm in Switzerland milking cows and goats. There, he began to experiment making cheese and realized his passion for it!
